summer lost it’s breath

 

Countryside

So here’s a blog post about some things that I’ve been up to this summer. Once I got back to Lithuania we went to my friends countryside. The weather was so hot and lovely and we had a lot of fun.

 

Heineken Open’er

In the beginning of July I had the best week and vacation ever at Heineken Opener festival. It was just so perfect, because the weather was really good and hot, so we spent everyday by the seaside (I even got a sliiiight tan for the first time in like seven years), drank beer and went to the most amazing gigs in the evening. I saw so many of my favorite bands there! Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Queens of the Stone Age, The National, Blur, Alt-J, Crystal Fighters, Crystal Castles, Nick Cave, Devendra Banhart, Tame Impala, Editors and as a last day’s bonus – Rihanna. These are taken with my IPhone.

Devilstone festival

The next weekend I went to another festival, this time of metal and rock – Devilstone (Velnio Akmuo).

Positivus Festival

The next weekend I went to yet another festival – Positivus in Latvia. Didn’t take pictures there, but it was awesome and I heard some more of my favorite bands – The XX, Two Door Cinema Club, Imagine Dragons, Sigur Ros.

Brother’s birthday

Also, we had my dad’s and brother’s birthdays during the summer. My brothers are growing so fast! They have already formed a band.

And I also went to Romuva camp and Moon Blackhorn festival as every year, only for the first time I have no pictures from it at all, didn’t take my camera, because I had to repair my lens..
