lily (of the valley of death) is blooming dark
When I planned this editorial I initially envisioned it quite dark, inspired by movie The Stoker, so it’s about a girl who is a bit twisted (but wears the cutest clothes and her whole life could be screen-caped in nice pictures). In the end I ended up liking the story a lot lighter and with a completely different atmosphere than it was meant to be, but that’s how sometimes photo shoots develop. I did however really like the ones that had that haunting feeling to them, so here’s another post with outtakes from the main editorial story that shows better how it could have ended up.
